BakerHostetler attorneys plan, present at NYSBA International Section global conference

Partners Gonzalo Zeballos, Carlos Ramos-Mrosovsky and Analia Gonzalez, along with Counsel Nicholas Mowbray and Nahila Cortés, will attend the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section 2023 Mexico Global Conference, which runs Oct. 11-13 in Mexico City.

As NYSBA International Section chair, Zeballos will offer opening remarks on Oct. 11. And on Oct. 13, he will moderate a panel titled "Cross-Border Litigation: Connecting Points and Jurisdictions."

Ramos-Mrosovsky is vice chair of the NYSBA International Section and co-chair of this conference. On Oct. 12, he will take part in a panel titled "Balancing Acts: Navigating ESG Considerations in International Arbitration."

Gonzalez, Mowbray and Cortés will all speak on Oct. 11. Gonzalez will take part in a panel titled "ISDS Reform at ICSID and UNCITRAL, what does the future hold?" Mowbray will participate in a panel titled"101 Do's & Don'ts When Investing in Mexico." And Cortés will join a panel titled "Digital Assets (a.k.a. What the F*T*X?)."
