Burgum directs flags flown at half-staff through April 20 in honor of Indianapolis shooting victims

Gov. Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the US and ND flags at half-staff until sunset Tues., Apr. 20, and encourages residents to do the same at their homes and businesses, in honor of the victims of Thursday's shooting in Indianapolis.
