Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market registers issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00009962 (ALSPb1) of Altyn Sapa ALM with changes

/KASE, February 28, 2024/ - Altyn Sapa ALM LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00009962 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", ALSPb1; KZT1,000, KZT6.0 bn; 05.09.23 - 05.09.25; annual coupon, 25.00 % per annum; 30/360) with changes, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on February 26, 2024, and certificate on state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one issued previously. According to these documents: - the certificate was replaced due to a change in the circulation period of the bonds, changes in the conditions for the frequency of coupon payments and the conditions for exercising the right to repurchase bonds; - the coupon payment frequency has been changed from once a year to twice a year; - the maturity of the bonds was changed from two years to three years.
