Lincoln Woods Barracks

On May 7, at 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Aaliyah Hanson, age 23, of 5 Cleveland Avenue, Johnson, Rhode Island, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Driving with Expired License originating out of the State Police - Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eaton Street in the City of Providence. Hanson was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Third District Division Court for Arraignment.

On May 7, at 1:37 PM, Troopers arrested Charles Fontes, age 49, of 85 Hamilton Street Providence, for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License - Fourth Plus Offense, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for a 32F Violation filed on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC Unknown-First Offense, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, and 3.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for a 32F Violation filed on the original charge of Larceny less than $1,500 originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hanover Street in the City of Providence. Fontes was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.

On May 7, at 9:27 PM, Troopers arrested Victoria Montalvo, age 37, of 172 Pleasant Street Apt. #303 Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs First Offense - BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. Montalvo was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
