Temporary Call Center Phone Number Established for 311 System

The City of Birmingham 311 Call Center is operational with a temporary number. Residents seeking to report non-emergency issues in their neighborhood may call 205.600.1369. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Currently, voice messages cannot be left on this system.

The city continues to respond to non-emergency issues on the My Bham 311 app. The app is free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
