The Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo I.P. Signs Deed of Assignment for State Participation in Petroleum Operations with Eni and TIMOR GAP

The Autoridade Nacional do Petroleo I.P. (ANP) of Timor-Leste is pleased to announce the signing of the Deed of Assignment and Assumption for State Participation in Petroleum Operations under Production Sharing Contract for Contract Area PSC-TL-SO-22-23.

Acting on behalf of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, the ANP, on Monday 24^th February 2025, signed the above-mentioned Deed with Eni Timor 22-23 B.V. (Eni), a company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands, and the TIMOR GAP PSC TL-SO-22-23 Unipessoal, Limitada (TIMOR GAP), a subsidiary of the TIMOR GAP, E.P.
