Hripsime Grigoryan: Why Did the RA Government Prefer to Receive the EU Civil Observation Mission, But Not the CSTO Mission?

During the NA-Government Q&A session, the deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Hripsime Grigoryan inquired why the RA Government preferred to receive the EU Civil Observation Mission, but not the CSTO Mission.

"The sending of the EU Observation Mission became possible, because as a result of quadrilateral meeting held in Prague, the EU with the participation and consent of Armenia and Azerbaijan distinctly drew what is the Republic of Armenia," Nikol Pashinyan said.
