FTI Consulting Strengthens Business Transformation Practice with Addition of Managing Director Enrique Baranda in Spain

Madrid, 13 December 2022 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Enrique Baranda as a Managing Director and Spain Co-Leader of the Business Transformation practice.

Mr. Baranda, who is based in Madrid, brings more than 17 years of experience in strategic consulting and operations to the firm. He has led numerous large transformation projects with clients across various sectors, including energy, industrial and construction and has considerable expertise in performance improvement strategies. Mr. Baranda joins the firm from EY-Parthenon, where he was a partner in the strategic consulting division. He has previously worked at other consulting firms, including Kearney, Roland Berger and Management Solutions.

At FTI Consulting, Mr. Baranda will work alongside Eduardo Díaz, a Managing Director and Co-Leader of the firm's Business Transformation practice in Spain, to further expand the team's capabilities, particularly in growth areas such as purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain management.
