TAIPEI, Taiwan, March 29, 2023 - ASUS today announced the April availability of ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA279CRV, and PA248CRV. The 31.5-inch PA329CRV and the 27-inch PA249CRV feature a 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) panel, while the PA248CRV has a 24.1-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) panel. Each monitor is factory-calibrated and Calman Verified, offering Delta E < 2 color accuracy and covering at least 97% of the DCI-P3 color space. Connectivity features come in the form of DisplayPort™ over USB-C® with 96-watt Power Delivery, a standard DisplayPort, HDMI®, and a USB hub.
In keeping with the ASUS commitment to sustainability, these displays deliver energy-efficient performance that meets global environmental standards including EPEAT Gold, ENERGY STAR®, and TCO. Plus, each is packed in recyclable paper packaging.
Exceptional color accuracy
ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA279CRV, and PA248CRV are ideal for video editors. The 27-inch 4K UHD panel of PA279CRV offers plenty of onscreen space without taking up much desk space. The monitor covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 99% of the Adobe RGB color space.
For those looking for a space-saving option, the 24.1-inch PA248CRV makes the most of its compact dimensions, with a 16:10 1920 x 1200 panel that offers 97% DCI-P3 coverage.
PA329CRV, the largest of the range, offers an astonishing 31.5-inch 4K UHD panel to give creators a large canvas for creative work. This flagship monitor also includes 98% DCI-P3.
Plus, all three monitors are factory calibrated and Calman Verified to offer Delta E < 2 color accuracy.
Streamlined productivity and a neater workspace
Extensive connectivity options including DisplayPort over USB-C with 96-watt Power Delivery, standard DisplayPort and HDMI ports, plus a USB hub ensure compatibility with numerous devices and input sources, allowing creators to connect to multiple sources simultaneously for a neater workstation setup. The USB-C port[i]allows users to connect to MacBooks or Windows laptops via a single cable, providing superfast data transfers, audio-video signal transmission, or options to charge or power devices. The built-in USB 3.2 hub at the bottom of the display is easily within reach and includes one USB Type-A and one USB-C port, enabling connections to a variety of devices and peripherals as well as charging options for compatible devices[ii].
Exquisite design
Compared to previous ProArt displays of similar size, the ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA279CRV, and PA248CRV boast a new design that features a 33% smaller base and a 30% slimmer profile that measures just 8 mm at its thinnest point. An ergonomic stand offers tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments for comfortable viewing. The ability to pivot the screen clockwise or counterclockwise 90° for use in Portrait mode comes in handy when working with long documents, coding or web browsing. A quick-release feature allows users to detach the display from the stand easily and mount it via the integrated VESA wall mount ― screw-free, so it's done in seconds.
Like its contemporaries in the ProArt Display family, these three monitors feel right at home in a studio or in any living space, with an understated elegance that is a nod to exquisite craftsmanship and uncompromising attention to detail.
Sustaining an incredible future
ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA247CRV, and PA248CRV are stringently tested to meet the requirements of world-leading sustainability certifications, including EPEAT Gold ecolabel, ENERGY STAR®, and TCO. ASUS stays up-to-date with the latest certification criteria, has a structured system for continuous improvement, and ensures all tests conducted on its products are independently verified.
The monitors feature a power-saving Eco mode and achieve zero-watt power consumption when the power switch is off. Each monitor is made of at least 85% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic and all models feature earth-friendly components such as mercury-free panels.
The monitors are shipped in recyclable paper packaging that's made of at least 80% recycled cardboard. The packaging has been designed to minimize weight and volume, enabling more units to be transported in a single shipping container.
Free Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
Adobe® products are central to creative work in many industries. ASUS has partnered with Adobe to empower creative workflows with the renowned Creative Cloud® suite of apps and services. Every purchase of a ProArt Display PA329CRV, PA279CRV, or PA248CRV in select regions includes a free three-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud (worth up to US$238.47). This gives creators access to over 20 apps, including Photoshop®, Premiere® Pro and After Effects®, along with 100 GB of cloud storage.
