Monaco accedes to the 1997 Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region

On 6 March 2023, Monaco acceded to the Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region (Lisbon, 11 April 1997).

In accordance with the terms of its Article XI.2, the Convention will enter into force with respect to Monaco on the first day of the month following the expiration of the period of one month after the date of deposit of its instrument, that is to say on 1 May 2023.
