３．Reason TSE designated the stock of VISIONARYHOLDINGS CO.,LTD. (hereinafter "the Company") as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation), because the Company had disclosed on May 31, 2023 that the quarterly report would not be submitted by the statutory submission deadline (Jun. 1, 2023), for which extension had been approved.
