Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors

On February 8, 2024, the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations deal with the reexamination and registration by examination requirements for landscape architects.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on March 18, 2024, and will go into effect on April 17, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
