Planned closure of the operation of the Depositors Compensation Scheme in respect of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) Limited (“DCS re: KSF”) (Public Notice)

Further to an Application Notice dated 8^th March 2024 made by the Authority as Scheme Manager of the DCS re: KSF, an Order was made at a hearing at the Isle of Man High Court on 25^th July 2024.
