COMPLAINT:
On December 21, 2023, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against 50.AI Investments LLC (50.AI Investments) an... d Hemant Jindal (Jindal). The Complaint charged 50.AI Investments and Jindal with using misleading promotional material and communications, acting contrary to just and equitable principles, and failing to supervise.
DECISION:
On April 11, 2024, NFA's BCC issued a Decision accepting 50.ai Investments and Jindal's settlement offer and ordered 50.ai Investments not to reapply for NFA membership or act, or be listed, as a principal of an NFA Member at any time in the future; and ordered Jindal not to apply for NFA membership, reapply for NFA associate membership, or become or act as a principal of an NFA Member for 30 months.
