Hope Valley Barracks

On Monday, May 6, 2024 at 2:55 PM, Troopers arrested Gary Lefrancois, age 55 of 24 McNiff Street, Apartment #2, West Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense, originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Lefrancois was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

On Monday, May 6, 2024 at 6:30 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Stanfield, age 37, of 76 A Pierce Street, Westerly, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and misdemeanor released pending a future Fourth District Court date.
