We assisted Bang & Bonsomer in an acquisition

We acted as legal advisors to our client, Bang & Bonsomer Group Oy, in its acquisition of the entire share capital of B. Engelhardt & Co. AB and its subsidiary Engelhardt A/S from Beenest AB. The acquisition further strengthens Bang & Bonsomer's position, particularly in the food ingredients market.

The transaction was led by Partner Olli Iirola, with support from Associate Sanni Tirkkonen and Partner Peter Salovaara.

Bang & Bonsomer, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and operating in nine countries, is a smart material technology company providing a wide range of industrial raw materials and additives to various industries.

Engelhardt, one of the Nordic region's leading manufacturers and developers of smart solutions for the food industry, was founded in 1962. Today, Engelhardt holds a prominent position among manufacturers and distributors in baking recipe development, dry blends, functional specialty ingredients, and health products.
