Governor Chris Sununu Statement Following House Vote on HB 142

Concord, NH - Today, after the Governor's veto of HB 142 was sustained, relative to the operation of the Burgess Biopower Plant, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement:

"I thank members of the House of Representatives for siding with New Hampshire ratepayers today and voting against the continuation of subsidies for a company that has failed time and time again to find a stable financial model."
