Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of Central Northwest Houston Self-Storage Facility

HOUSTON, TEXAS, January 19, 2022 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of A-1 Mini Warehouses, a 270 unit self-storage facility located in Houston, Texas, according to Ford Noe, Regional Manager of the firm's Houston office.

Dave Knobler, Senior Vice President Investments, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a family scattered between Texas and Colorado. "The sale alleviated the management aspect for the Seller and allowed them to dissolve their partnership," said Knobler. The buyer, a Houston based private investor, was secured by Dave Knobler, Senior Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office.

The facility fronts on Victory Drive less than 1/10th of a mile from the intersection of Antoine in a densely populated urban area with around 125,000 residents within three miles. The property is visible to nearly 15,000 vehicles per day on Victory Drive and another 19,000 that travel daily on Antoine Drive. The location is also just north of West Little York Road that sees another 13,000 vehicles each day. The A-1 Mini Warehouses of Houston signage is visible to traffic on all three thoroughfares. The facility is about midway between Loop 610 (Houston's inner loop) and Beltway 8, Houston's middle loop approximately nine miles from the Galleria and around 10 miles from downtown. Numerous employers and economic drivers are nearby such as Lone Star College Houston North Victory Campus which is 5/10 mile to the east and Aldine Eisenhower high school a mile to the north.
