Supplementary Information

The notice of an emergency declaration for the State of California is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of January 9, 2023.

Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Lake, Madera, Mono, San Benito, San Francisco, and Tulare Counties for emergency protective measures (Category B), limited to direct federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.
