Smoke Testing

During the month of April, Public Utilities will be performing smoke testing in the Norfolk Highlands section of Indian River. Homes that can expect to be impacted by the smoke testing will receive door hangers with more information. Smoke testing is used to find defects in the sanitary sewer system.
