New municipal billing system is now online

The City of Abilene's new municipal billing system is now online. As residents receive their April bill, they are encouraged to complete a one-time registration using their new account number and customer identification at abilenetx.gov/bill.

Online information about amounts owed should be accurate and reflect recent payments, though some water consumption data may be adjusted over time to better reflect accurate amounts.

If you do notice anything unusual about your bill, you are again encouraged to go online to access the latest information about your account.

We appreciate customers' patience during this transition period and ask for continued support as we work to make sure all systems are working as expected.No service interruptions or additional fees are expected.
