Tricia Pepin selected as next Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court

Tricia Pepin has been selected to serve as the next Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Ms Pepin currently serves as Chief Deputy Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Prior to her appointment as Chief Deputy Clerk in 2013, she served as the District Court's Legal Advisor. Ms. Pepin is a graduate of Augustana University and Hamline University School of Law.

Ms. Pepin will start work with the Bankruptcy Court on June 21, to provide an overlap with current Clerk Lori Vosejpka, who will retire on July 30.
