Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:20 AM, Troopers arrested Latisha Ortiz Brown, age 34, of 34 W Broad St Apartment #1, Nanticoke, Pennsylvania on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant on the charge of Cruelty Neglect to Child originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the subject subsequently turning herself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Ortiz Brown was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

At 8:46 PM, Troopers arrested Shannon Medeiros age 38, of 36 Gillen Street, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of Second Degree Child Abuse originating out of the Warren Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Medeiros was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, transported to Miriam Hospital for a medical evaluation, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

At 9:18 PM, Troopers arrested Gregory Peach, age 58, of 131 Henry Road, Taunton, MA, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - First Offense - .10-.15 (Phase One: .144, Phase Two: .143). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Peach was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.
