SEC and AIGCC co-organize a workshop on Developing a Climate Action Transition Plan for Investors

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) collaborated with the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC) in organizing an online workshop on the topic, "Developing a Climate Action Transition Plan for Investors" to raise awareness and enhance asset management companies' skills considering the opportunities and risks of climate change. This involves creating a clear, comprehensive, and measurable climate action plan in alignment with Thailand's goal of achieving Net Zero Emissions by 2065.

In this training session, Mrs. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, SEC Secretary-General, and Ms. Rebecca Mikula-Wright, CEO of AIGCC, delivered the opening remarks, with international asset managers sharing knowledge and practical experiences with over 80 participants via an online meeting on 22 March 2024.
