The Central Bank reviewed a preliminary report prepared by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on further improving the operation of the Collateral Registry 3 Dec 2024

This report was developed based on the results of the IFC's technical assistance mission and includes information on the current state of the Collateral Registry, its existing technical capabilities, and proposals aimed at creating additional conveniences for users.

During the meeting, opportunities for developing joint measures to implement the proposals expressed by the Central Bank's management were discussed. It was also emphasized that in improving the operation of the Collateral Registry, attention should be paid to aligning with international standards and leveraging advanced foreign practices.
