The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the final results of the parliamentary elections held on the 19 March. As a result, six parties were elected to the Mazhilis.
According to CEC Chair Nurlan Abdirov, results are the following:
The Amanat party received 53.9% (40 mandates), Auyl People's Patriotic Democratic Party("Village") - 10.9% (8 mandates); Respublica party - 8.59% (6 mandates); Aq Jol Democratic Party - 8.41% (6 mandates); People's Party of Kazakhstan - 6.80% - (5 mandates); National Social Democratic Party - 5.20% (4 mandates).
The Kazakhstan Green Party "Baytaq" received only 2.30%, which means it didn't pass the threshold. 3.9% ofvotersvoted"againstall".
