Share Feedback: City of Indianola Subdivision Code Update Survey

The City of Indianola, in support of its Comprehensive Plan and long-term vision, is reviewing and updating its Subdivision Code (Chapter 170 of the City of Indianola Code of Ordinance). These regulations outline land division and platting requirements throughout the city.

Through this process, the code update aims to increase consistency and predictability while also promoting future desirable and equitable development. It also strives to meet the priorities of the community today and beyond - such as safety, health and wellbeing, parks/open space and walkable neighborhoods.
