What is your job, and how do you support the warfighter? I am a lead customer support specialist of the GE Engine Team, and we support the engines of multiple aircraft. If there is an engine needing a part, we find that material.

What do you like most about your job and why? The best thing about my job is leading my team to a high rate of performance in support of the warfighter. It gives me peace of mind knowing that we pushed to the limits to keep the engines maintainable and to get the aircraft back in the air.

What aspect(s) of your current job gives you the most personal satisfaction? Why? I enjoy training my team of customer account specialists so that everyone learns to meet the challenges and succeed at our mission. Training to grow professionally and perform efficiently reflects on me as a leader.

What are some of your passions outside of work? The wife and I like working outside on the land we own. We also enjoy taking road trips to try different diners. Our son and daughter are grown, but my son comes home on gamedays to watch football. My daughter shares my passion for fitness and usually goes to the gym with me. She improves daily, and I enjoy the time with her and coaching her on what I know. Weightlifting is my stress reliever and how I clear my head from the day. When in the gym, I don't think about anything but bettering myself.
