Evolent Named #55 on Forbes Best Employers for Diversity List 2024

Company also announces release of its sixth annual Inclusion Report

WASHINGTON, May 6, 2024 --Evolent Health, Inc. (NYSE: EVH), a company that specializes in better health outcomes for people with complex conditions through proven solutions that make health care simpler and more affordable, has been named to the Forbes list of the Best Employers for Diversity 2024. Evolent was ranked #55 nationwide and fourth highest in the Healthcare and Social Services category.

Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a statistics portal and industry ranking provider, the Best Employers for Diversity 2024 were identified in an independent U.S.-based survey. The Forbes Best Employers for Diversity List evaluated companies on three main criteria: survey participants' opinions about diversity and inclusion at their current employer; participants' evaluations of companies besides their employer that stand out positively or negatively in diversity; and research about how companies fared across a range of diversity-related best practices.

This is the latest award Evolent has received for its efforts to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace. Past awards include the Parity.org Best Companies for Women to Advance List for 2020-2023, and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality for 2020-2022.

Evolent is also proud to announce that it has released its sixth annual Inclusion Report, revealing its progress and programs in DE&I. The report details important demographic data and highlights some of the programs and initiatives Evolent has deployed to foster a welcome environment for all.
