MEMA ALERT: High Surf Advisory For N. Facing Shores Of Moloka?i & Maui Island Until 6 AM HST Sunday
MEMA Alert...HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR NORTH FACING SHORES OF NIIHAU KAUAI OAHU MOLOKAI AND MAUI UNTIL 6 AM HST SUNDAY... .A long period northwest swell that is currently moving through the region should reach its peak this evening and then slightly decline overnight into tomorrow morning.
...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM HST SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Surf up to 18 feet along north facing shores.
* WHERE...North facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai,
and Maui.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
will make swimming dangerous.
