Semcon AB (publ) announces today that, due to the public cash offer situation, the company has updated its financial calendar. The interim report for January-September 2022 will be published on 30 November 2022 at 08.00 a.m.

The previously communicated date was 26 October 2022 at 08.00 a.m. The interim report will be published as a press release and available on Semcon's website: https://semcon.com/investor-relations/reports-presentations/.
