Streamlined Licensing Process with MyGuichet.lu

In our ongoing effort to enhance efficiency and coordination, the DAC Licenses Department is excited to introduce MyGuichet.lu as the new platform for various licensing processes. Starting soon, MyGuichet.lu will be the go-to solution for the following services:

• License Issuance (PPL. BPL, SPL)
• Renewal or Revalidation of FCL (A)(H) Class or Type Ratings
• License Transfer to Luxembourg (PPL, CPL, ATPL, SPL, BPL)

  • MyGuichet.lu offers a user-friendly interface, making the process quick and straightforward.
• Direct Document Download & Upload:
  • Obtain the application forms and attach all supporting documents directly on the platform.
• Online Payment and Faster License Issuance:
  • Correctly submitted applications allow for faster license issuance through online payment.
• Efficient Communication:
  • MyGuichet.lu streamlines communication during the entire process.

  • Track the progress of your request with reinforced monitoring.

Important Note:

• While applications via postal services or email will still be processed, priority will be given to MyGuichet.lu users.
• If your operator does not have a billing agreement with DAC or is not directly billed, we strongly recommend using MyGuichet.lu for your licensing requests.
• If your operator has a billing agreement with the DAC, the process via Guichet.lu does not apply to you!
