The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in an Aggravated Assault investigation.

On Thursday, March 28, 2024, at approximately 6 p.m., police responded to a call for an Assault in the Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West area.

It is reported that:

  • the suspect approached the victim who was walking her dog
  • the suspect grabbed the victim's arm and began pulling her
  • the suspect then assaulted the victim, and tried to throw her on the roadway
  • witnesses helped the victim and the suspect fled the scene
  • the suspect and victim are not known to one another

The man is described as 20-30 years old, 5'7", thin build, and is bald. He was wearing a blue shirt with two black vertical stripes shoulder width apart, a red hooded sweater, dark blue jeans and flip flops.
