Lane Closure on South Boulevard Between West Azeele Street and West Platt Street

Beginning at 9am today, the northbound lane of South Boulevard will close between West Azeele Street and West Platt Street while the Tampa Water Department conducts scheduled maintenance on the water distribution system. Barricades and flaggers will be located in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 5pm and then close again at 9am the following day to continue the work. Please use caution when driving in the area.

The completion of the work with a return to normal traffic patterns is expected by 5pm, Thursday, February 2. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions. The staff and crews of the Tampa Water Department appreciate everyone's patience during this time.
