Kapital Bank OJSC's bonds will be placed by subscription
On March 28, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of Kapital Bank OJSC with a total value of 35,000,000 (thirty five million) USD were listed in the premium market segment.
Placement of the mentioned bonds will be carried out at the Baku Stock Exchange by means of a subscription. Placement of the mentioned bonds will be carried out in the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription. In the period from April 6 to 16, 2024, the subscription for the bonds of Kapital Bank OJSC will take place. The bond placement will take place on April 17, 2024.
The underwriter of the placement is "Pasha Capital" CJSC.
