Total Solar Eclipse Delivers Unforgettable Weekend Experience

Waco transformed into the prime celestial celebration over the weekend, leading up to the once-in-a-lifetime total solar eclipse on April 8. The "Live from Waco" event series offered residents and visitors a jam-packed itinerary filled with music, arts, education, and community spirit.
On the day of the eclipse, over 13,000 people gathered at McLane Stadium's Touchdown Alley leading up to the 4 minutes and 13 seconds of totality. Guests from across the world enjoyed access to telescopes, educational science activities, food trucks, and more at the Eclipse Over Texas 2024: Live from Waco event!
