The who’s who on the Melbourne, Victoria Stand at AIME 2023

In keeping with AIME's huge 30-year milestone, this year we've gone big.

The new Victoria precinct will occupy the largest footprint on the tradeshow floor, including the famous Melbourne, Victoria Stand - the largest destination stand at AIME 2023.

Visitors to the stand will get to enjoy sensational First Peoples' culinary-themed activations, with everything from bush tucker ice cream and Jarrah Boy beer tasting to cooking demonstrations with a focus on native Australian ingredients.
