Modification of Procedure for Appearances before Judge Gregg

Please be advised that Judge Gregg has modified his procedures related to virtual appearances. Beginning January 1, 2023, all hearings, trials, status conferences, and pretrial conferences will be held in person; provided, however, that an attorney or party may request permission to appear virtually due to exigent circumstances (e.g., illness).
