Please join us in congratulating Craig and his team for an incredible career of fine craftsmanship - best wishes in your next phase!

"Craig is an amazing human being, an exceptional role model, and Hancock Lumber has been blessed to be connected to Craig, his family, and his company for over three decades…congratulations, happy retirement, but really happy next phase of your life which I'm sure will be just as productive and dynamic as the last. A native Mainer, Craig graduated from Southern Maine Technical College in 1972 with a degree in Building Construction. He opened Rainbow Construction in 1978 and began a career in remodeling and building fine homes for residents of the greater Portland area. What began as just two people evolved into a dedicated crew of fine craftsman who worked together under Craig's leadership for Rainbow Construction. Craig established a network of strategic partnerships over the years, many which stretch back for decades, with what he considered to be the best suppliers and subcontractors in the business.

Thank you for making Hancock Lumber a part of your business for so many years. You've truly made Maine a better place. We wish you all the best in your well-deserved retirement!
