MONDAY, December 4
7:30 a.m. - Joint Work Session with Town of Bayfield Board of Trustees
The Board will meet for a breakfast meeting with the Town of Bayfield Board of Trustees and staff to discuss items of mutual interest. The meeting will be held at Bayfield Town Hall, located at 1199 Bayfield Parkway. 10:00 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

• Personnel matters pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(f) regarding the performance appraisal review for the County Attorney.

TUESDAY, December 5
8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. The purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal or other property pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(a). Purpose: Due diligence on 281 Sawyer Drive, Suite 300.

2. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: Compliance Order on Consent with Colorado Department of Public Health relating to the Bayfield Landfill.

3. Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(e). Purpose: Compliance Order on Consent with Colorado Department of Public Health relating to the Bayfield Landfill.

10:30 a.m. - Special Business Meeting (virtual only)
The Board will consider:

Consideration of the adoption of the 2024 La Plata County Budget - to be continued to Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

4:00 p.m. - Commissioner Porter-Norton Community Office Hours
Commissioner Marsha Porter-Norton will hold community office hours in Durango from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. for members of the public to discuss county issues of interest or concern. Commissioner Porter-Norton's office hours will be held at the Smiley Café, 1309 E. 3^rd Avenue.

THURSDAY, December 7
9:00 a.m. - CCI Public Lands Steering Committee Meeting
The Board will attend the virtual CCI Public Lands Committee meeting to discuss and formally approve the 2024 Public Lands budget and dues schedule.

4:00 p.m. - Commissioner Salka Bayfield Community Office Hours
Commissioner Matt Salka will hold community office hours in Bayfield from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for members of the public to discuss county issues of interest or concern. Commissioner Salka's office hours will be held at the Pine River Public Library located at 395 Bayfield Center Drive in Bayfield.
