Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Africa Affairs Chidi Blyden and RDML Adan Cruz met with Nigerien Chief of Defense Lieutenant General Abdou Sidikou and senior Nigerien military officials to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the State Partnership Program between the U.S. and Niger.
