Transfer of an issue to another market or segment

BSE Board of Directors adopted amendments to Part III - Listing Rules under Record of Proceedings No. 63 of 23 November 2023. The Financial Supervision Commission approved the amendments by Resolution No. 1072-FB of 07 December 2023, as they shall come into effect on 28 December 2023.
According to the amendments, issues of units issued by national mutual funds and exchange-traded funds within the meaning of the Collective Investment Schemes and Other Undertakings for Collective Investments Act are to be registered on the BSE Main Market, Exchange Traded Products Segment.
In relation to the above:
The listing of the issue of units of NIF Dynamic (DYN), ISIN BG9000002212, on the BSE Main Market, Standard Equities Segment, shall be terminated as of 28 December 2023 (Thursday).
As of 28 December 2023 (Thursday), the trading in the issue of units of NIF Dynamic (DYN), ISIN BG9000002212, shall be transferred to the BSE Main Market, Exchange Traded Products Segment.
