On September 14, 2021, Peter B. Pond resigned from the Maximus board of directors. Mr. Pond had served as a director since 1997 and Chair of the Board since 2001. The board of directors appointed John J. Haley as the independent, non-executive Chair to replace Mr. Pond as well as the Chair of the Compensation Committee. In addition, director Anne K. Altman was appointed Vice Chair of the board of directors.
