New Philadelphia City School District will be accepting bids for asphalt for the summer of 2021 asphalt projects. The bids need to be sealed and delivered to the Board of Education Office located at 248 Front Street SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio on May 26that 12 pm. The bids will be awarded at that time using a formal bid opening method.
