Sullivan Launches New Tax Lookup Site

Tuesday, December 26, 2023

Monticello, NY - Sullivan County Treasurer Nancy Buck is pleased to announce a new way for the public to access tax records.

"We've worked closely with Total Collection Solution, an upstate-based company, to create and test this web-based platform," explained Buck. "It's a truly 'live' system, with real-time updating of data, including recent payments."

Accessible at ny-sullivancounty.totalcollectionsolution.com, the site replaces TaxLookup.net as the go-to location for Sullivan County tax data. To log in, type "sullivan-public" in the username field, and "public" in the password field.

Properties in all 15 townships are available to review. (TaxLookup.net information will no longer be updated for Sullivan County, though historical records may continue to be available.)

"Most towns are also setting up their own web-based portals to this new system," noted Deputy County Treasurer Kathleen Lara, "so that property owners can more directly access their data through their respective town websites."

Payment of taxes due can be made by check, money order or credit card (Master or Visa, with a bank fee of 2.75% added to the balance) via mail, payable to the Sullivan County Treasurer, PO Box 5012, Monticello, NY 12701; or in person at the Treasurer's Office on the first floor of the Government Center, 100 North Street, Monticello.

The County Treasurer's Office welcomes questions at 845-807-0200 or by visiting the office.
