City of Phoenix Seeks Feedback On Code Enforcement Policy

Code enforcement covers items such as weeds, debris, and zoning violations on private property. The Code Enforcement Policy was adopted by City Council and grants NSD the authority to enforce the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance, and portions of the zoning, animal, and business ordinances.
