First Fridays Free Event Returns to Downtown New Brunswick

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (April 26, 2024) - The Arts Institute of Middlesex County's free First Fridays series returns on May 3 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Monument Square Park, 2 Livingston Ave.

The first Friday monthly event offers free arts experiences as the institute celebrates our rich local culture. This month the institute is kicking off the inaugural First Fridays celebration alongside the launch of a brand-new website, MiddlesexCountyCulture.com. This website will serve as a guide to all the arts, cultural, and historical events taking place in Middlesex County.

The event will include artistic activities, face painting, airbrush tattoos, caricatures, dance performances, and a live band. Do not miss the stunning mural crafted by New Brunswick Public School Teacher David Lago and his talented art students. You can also treat yourself to delicious empanadas and churros.
