The details of State-wise fund released by the Union Government to the Panchayats under the (i) Fourteenth and Fifteenth Finance Commissions for various developmental works in the Panchyats and rural local bodies, (ii) to the States under the Scheme of Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) for capacity building of the elected representatives and their functionaries of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and (iii) the scheme Incentivization of Panchayats(IoP) under which awards including financial incentives are given to the best performing Panchayats in recognition of their good work for improving delivery of services and public goods during the last three year and current year including the State of Andhra Pradesh are at Annexure-I.

The State-wise funds released under the scheme of Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) since 2019 for capacity building of the elected representatives and their functionaries of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) is at Annexure-II.

As per the information available, State/UT-wise details of Gram Panchayats (GPs)/ Traditional Local Bodies (TLBs) without computer facilities and without own building is at Annexure-III.
