JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group advises Aquileia Capital Services (Bain Capital) on the sale of Principe di Lazise Wellness & Spa Resort to Fattal Hotel Group

JLL Hotels & Hospitality team advised Aquileia Capital Services (Bain Capital) on the sale of the Principe di Lazise Wellness & Spa Hotel, located near the shore of Lake Garda, to Fattal Hotel Group.

Covering an area of ​​12,300 sqm, the resort features 127 rooms and a wide range of recreational services, including a spa of over 2,000 sqm, two outdoor swimming pools, conference rooms and events spaces, a restaurant and a bar. The property is located a few steps from the picturesque village of Lazise, ​​one of the most popular tourist spots on Lake Garda, which attracts a significant flow of international tourists every year.
