Troopers Arrest Three for Millsboro Burglary

Delaware State Police arrested 61-year-old William Nickerson, 45-year-old Bonnie Osborne, and 21-year-old Alan Dardon-Perez, all of Millsboro, for burglary and related charges.

On April 25, 2024, at approximately 7:33 p.m., troopers responded to the 21000 block of Paul Drive in Millsboro for a burglary. When troopers arrived, they learned items were stolen from a house under construction. The victims found their stolen property at another house nearby on Paul Drive and confronted a possible suspect. During the confrontation, the possible suspect threatened the victim. The investigation revealed that multiple items had been stolen from the house. The investigation led troopers to Nickerson, Osborne, and Dardon-Perez as the suspects in the burglary.

Nickerson was arrested and taken to Troop 4, where he was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7, and released on his own recognizance.

  • Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
  • Theft under $1,500
  • Terroristic Threatening

Osborne was arrested and taken to Troop 4, where she was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7, and released on her own recognizance.

  • Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
  • Theft under $1,500

Dardon-Perez was arrested and taken to Troop 4, where he was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7, and released on his own recognizance.

  • Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
  • Theft under $1,500
